
Imagine your emotions as passengers on a bus. There's Anger, sitting grumpily in the back. Up front, Joy and Bliss are laughing and joking around—much to the annoyance of Irritation, who rolls its eyes from a few seats over.
Now, take a moment to notice who's in the driver’s seat. Too often, we let Fear take the wheel, making it hard to get anywhere, much less enjoy the journey. But what if, instead, we could give Fear a seat farther back? What if we invited Joy to take the driver’s seat, maybe even let it pick the music?
Today, take a moment to acknowledge each emotion as part of your journey. The ride might be a lot more amazing when Joy takes the wheel. Buckle up—you’re in for an exciting adventure!
